When you submit your business you are not required to list the business on our marketplace at the end of the vetting process. 

During the vetting process, you will initially be given a preliminary valuation based on the information you first provided. This valuation is to ensure that we're in the right ballpark and are not wasting anyone's time.

If you are happy with this preliminary valuation, our vetting team will begin to take a closer look at your business. Once they have finished the vetting process, they will present you with a final valuation. 

At this point, you can still walk away but most people choose to list their business and we will clearly ask for your approval in order to do so.
